Warm up:  3 minute jump rope + PVC work including pull thru’s and OHS

Strength:  10 minute Snatch Build

Skill:  Ring Muscle Ups

-Transitions, practicing the false grip, chest to bar pull ups and ring dips

Conditioning:  3 rounds for time

                     -50 DU’s

                     -4 Muscle ups

                     -8 Hang power snatch 85/55

Post:  Yoga series
