Warm up:  2x200m run + BW drills and coach led mobility for ankles and hips

Strength:  Back squat 5x65%, 5x75%, 5+ at 85%

Conditioning:  “Push and Run”

                       -50 yard Sled Push (1.5x BW)

                       -200m Run

                       -4 rounds for time

Midline:  2x15 Hollow hold (with PVC)

             2x15 Tight arch hold (with PVC)

Post:  Foam roll
