Warm up:  Partner warm up with BW drills and mobility

Strength:  10 minute Clean and Jerk Build

Conditioning:  *For time

                      -400m run

                      -30 Pull ups

                      -20 Burpees

                      -10 Box Jumps 30/24”

                      -20 Push Ups

                      -30 T2B

                      -40 Pistols

*Every two minutes perform 1 Clean and Jerk at 90% of 1 RM
