Tuesday March 3rd WOD

Warm up:  3 minute jump rope, dynamic warm up, PVC drills and mobility

Strength:  Snatch complex

Every two minutes for 12 minutes (build)

-1 Power Snatch

-1 Hang Squat Snatch

Skill:  Muscle ups

-There will be separate drills for beginners, intermediate and advanced athletes

Conditioning:  5 rounds for time

-5 OHS 95/65

-30 DU’s
