Warm up:  400m jog plus coach led BW drills, PVC work and mobility for shoulders, hips and ankles

WOD:  The ‘New’ CrossFit Total

           -Clean (15 minute build including 3 attempts at a max)

           -Bench (15 minute build including 3 attempts at a max)

           -OHS (15 minute build including 3 attempts at a max)

Score is your total of all three lifts

Clean is from the ground:  power or squat

OHS is from the rack
