Strength:  Back squat 5 at 75%, 3 at 85% and 1+ at 95%

Conditioning:  For time

                      20 Back squats 135/95

                      10 Burpees

                      20 Front squats 115/75

                      10 Burpees

                      20 Thrusters 95/55

                      10 Burpees

Midline:  Hollow rock and ring T2B
