Warm up:  500m row + 2x10 Ball slams, Ring rows, Push ups and Sit ups

Strength:  12 minutes to build to a 1RM OHS

-From the rack, BTN jerk into overhead positions

Skill:  Kipping

Conditioning:  21-15-9

                     -Power snatch 75/45

                     -Pull ups

Post:  Banded stretches
