Warm up:  Partner row and partner BW drills, rope climbs + mobility

Skill:  TGU (Turkish get up)

Conditioning:  “The Beastmother”

2 x Single Arm Swing

2 x Clean and Press

2 x Single Arm Snatch

2 x Single Arm Front Squat

Repeat with 4 of each movement

Repeat with 6 of each movement

As many reps as you can complete with good form in 10 minutes
