Sunday February 22nd WOD

KCI is closed on Sundays, however we do have a fun and challenging workout option for anyone today at PARK HILL AQUATIC CENTER.

The "WOD" will consist of a warm-up and workout.  Please wear your swimsuit and  shirt/shorts as we will be "on land" for the warm-up. We will then get in the water for the workout.

We will be performing a variety of exercises in both the shallow end and the deep end. If you are uncomfortable with your swimming skills, rest assured, you will not be required to get into the deeper water.
