Warm up:  3 minute DU practice followed by BW drills and coach led mobility

Strength:  Bench 5x3 at 85%

                Deadlift build in preparation for WOD

Conditioning:  CrossFit OPEN WOD 13.2

Perform as many reps in 10 minutes of the following:

-5 reps Shoulder to Overhead 115/75#

-10 reps Deadlift 115/75#

-15 Box jumps 24/20”
