Skill:  a.  Muscle ups

         b.  Pistols

         c.  Handstand push ups

Separate progressions for beginners, intermediate and advanced

Conditioning:  15-10-5

                      -Thrusters 115/85

                      -Burpees over the bar

Post:  Foam rolling
