Warm up:  1000m row + 10 minutes of coach led mobility

Strength:  5x2 Curtis P build

-1 Power clean

-1 Lunge

-1 Lunge

-1 Push press

Conditioning:  CrossFit OPEN WOD 11.5

20 minutes to perform as many reps as possible of the following:

-5 Power cleans 145/100#

-10 T2B

-15 Wall balls 20/14#

There will be a masters and scaled version for weight, reps and time.
