Thursday December 3rd Open Gym

OPEN GYM HOURS are 5:30-7am, 9:00-10:00am, 12-1pm and 4-7pm.  There will be an optional programmed workout with strength/skill work.


Optional workout:  800m jog + 15 Squats, ring rows and push ups

“Bulletproof back and shoulders”

-Banded face pulls

-Banded ‘no money’ drill

Conditioning:  25 minute row

-Every 5 minutes, stop and perform 15 burpees

Post:  Foam roll
