Friday November 6th WOD

Warm up:  Coach-led BW drills-anything that resembles as animal!  Bear, Alligator, Crab, Duck, Inch worms and more!

-Followed by PVC technique work (Thruster) and build

 

Partner “KALSU” (25 minute time cap)

-Teams of two will work together to perform 100 Thrusters.

-EMOM perform 5 burpees

-135/85 (sub 115/65, 95/45)

-One works, one rests.
