Warm up:  500m row + coach led mobility and the Burgener warm up

Strength:  Snatch 5x3 at 65-70%             

                 Back squat 5x3 at 75%

 

Conditioning:  20 minute EMOM

                        Minute 1:  30 second ME calorie row

                        Minute 2:  5 Box Jumps 30/24”

                        Minute 3:  15 Ball Slams 30/20#

                        Minute 4:  50 DU’s

                        Minute 5:  10 Burpees (7 for females)
