Warm up:  800m run followed by PVC work including pull through’s and OHS

Strength:  10 minute Snatch build

                 5 minute EMOM

Conditioning:  2x400m run + AMRAP burpees

You will have three minutes to complete a 400m run followed by max effort burpees

Your score is total burpees (two rounds)

Rest is 3 minutes between rounds
