OPEN GYM.  Suggested drills for today are Double Unders, Rope Climbs, Pistols, Muscle Ups and Handstand Push ups.

As always, there will be a suggested warm up, mobility and light bodyweight conditioning workout.

OPEN GYM HOURS today are 9:15-10:15am and 4-6pm, which is one hour less than our normal evening hours.  We have a community gathering:
