Warm up:  Partner warm up drills + PVC work (12 minutes)

Strength:  5x2 + 1 Clean and Jerk 70-75%

                5x2 Front squat 80%

WOD:  The “Power 5” Kettlebell complex

           -5 Single arm swings

           -5 Single arm snatches

           -5 Single arm cleans

           -5 Single arm front squats

           -5 Single arm shoulder presses

Post:  3x10-15 Hollow rocks and stretch
