Strength:  Snatch 5x2 at 70-75%

                Back squat 5x2 at 80%
 

WOD:  10 minute AMRAP

           -5 Deadlifts (Snatch grip)  105/65 (sub 85/50)

           -5 Hang Power snatches

           -2 OHS

           -100m row sprint
