Warm up: 3 minute jump rope followed by the CrossFit warm up and coach led BW drills and mobility for shoulders and hips

Strength: 10 minute Snatch build

Strength WOD: 3 rounds
-2 Rope climbs (18 Feet)
-3 OHS 165/115 (sub 135/85)

Conditioning: Partner "Karen" and partner "Annie"

-150 Wall balls and 50-40-30-20-10 DU's and Ab mat sit ups
