You can’t out-exercise a bad diet. Our Nutrition program combines behavioral change with achievement to create habits that will last a LIFETIME. No shakes, no short-term.

Our Nutrition Coaching Program  is designed to provide individuals with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting.”

Imagine the confidence you could have walking into the grocery store or a restaurant knowing exactly what you should eat to not only feel great but look great too! The internet is filled with diet plans, recipe plans, and other information. There are a lot of programs out there telling you what NOT to eat or how to replace meals with supplements or a shake but what if we could attain this confidence through learning what TO eat and using whole foods with limited ingredients? We advocate  program to build life-long skills one step at a time!

  • Individual Nutrition Coaching sessions provide the most comprehensive and personalized wellness plans.  These 55 minute sessions will be focused on evaluating progress, adjusting goals, and working through problems that may occur through your journey to better health.
  • Kim is currently a Nutrition Coach working at Eat Fit Go in the greater Kansas City Metro. Previously, she worked as a Health Fitness Specialist for the performance company EXOS. Additionally, Kim has experience as a sports nutritionist working with collegiate athletes at the University of Nebraska. Her educational background includes a BS/MS in Diet and Exercise from Iowa State University as well as working toward becoming a registered dietitian.

Barbell Club

The Barbell Club consists of specific training that includes the snatch, clean & jerk, assistant lifts, and met cons to help improve each athlete’s speed, strength, flexibility, and power.

Athletes of all abilities are welcome.  If you want a great workout while focusing on movement efficiency in the snatch and clean & jerk - Barbell Club is the place to be!  The KCI Coaches put an emphasis on improving mobility for lifting and always put athletes health and safety first.  Barbell Club is coached by a USA Weightlifting (USAW) Sports Performance Coach.  Please contact to try it out!  



KCI Kids uses the CrossFit methodology and incorporates age-appropriate skills, drills, and exercises to enhance kids' confidence, agility, strength, balance and coordination.  We have classes for Ages 6-12. Please contact to try it out or for class schedule!
