We start all prospective new students with a complimentary introduction session. This is a 60-minute, one-on-one or small group session that gives you a chance to see our facility, meet our coaches, learn a bit about our methods and philosophy, and experience a workout.
This is a great way for you to see if KCI CrossFit is a good fit for you!
We’ll also answer all your questions about membership, programs, and pricing.
After your intro session, if you like what you see and if you are new, relatively new, or getting back into CrossFit, the next step would be to enroll in Flight School. For more information, click here.
