KCI Barbell Club

The Barbell Club consists of specific training that includes the snatch, clean & jerk, assistant lifts, and met cons to help improve each athlete’s speed, strength, flexibility, and power.

Athletes of all abilities are welcome.  If you want a great workout while focusing on movement efficiency in the snatch and clean & jerk - Barbell Club is the place to be!  The KCI Coaches put an emphasis on improving mobility for lifting and always put athletes health and safety first.  Barbell Club is coached by a USA Weightlifting (USAW) Sports Performance Coach.  Please contact nick@kcicrossfit.com to try it out!
